Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on non-customized items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made on our part.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can promptly review and resolve the situation.
Upon approval, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing
