We accept returns and exchanges on non-customized items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made on our part.

Upon approval, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing
