My name is April!

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, a busy mother of four, and someone personally navigating ADHD, I set out to create a journaling system that truly works. The SHF Self-Care Journal was designed with simplicity, focus, and minimal distractions, helping you achieve meaningful results.
